Fee-Based Full-Time Preschool
ABOUT
Our full-day preschool classrooms serve families of children ages 3 to 5 years old. Each classroom is led by a certified early childhood teacher, assisted by highly trained caregivers. Using the Project Construct Curriculum, our program optimizes each child’s development through play-based learning and exploration. The classroom environment is carefully designed to provide a nurturing setting in which children can develop knowledge, social/emotional skills and healthy relationships, building the foundation for lifelong success.
The Preschool Age Care classrooms offer fee-based, full-day general education preschool Monday through Friday from 6:30 am-6:00 pm. Full-day care is also available on school closing days (i.e. snow days) and many holiday breaks. Staffing for PAC classrooms includes a certified early childhood teacher and paraprofessionals from 8:00-3:30 during school days (according to the district calendar). Extended school hours (6:30-8:00 am and 3:30-6:00 pm) and extended calendar days (ex. professional development days, spring break, winter break, summer, etc.) are staffed by paraprofessionals as appropriate for staff/student ratios.
Meals and snacks are available through district nutritional services on traditional school days (per the district calendar). Children MUST bring their own breakfast, lunch and snack on professional development days, inclement weather days, and during Thanksgiving, Winter and Spring breaks. Meals and snacks are available from nutritional services during summer session.
Care will be available for PAC students on school closure days (i.e. inclement weather days), unless conditions are deemed too hazardous. Any program closings will be announced by the school district via phone, email, text, app alert and social media. In the event of a school closing and PAC remains open, the hours of operation will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Children who utilize care will need to arrive by 10:00 a.m. in order to determine appropriate staffing ratios.
The fee-based program is offered twelve months of the year. The program offers care & education Monday through Friday, even when the district is not in session.

Waitlist
We encourage families interested in care through our PAC program to put their children on the waiting list as soon as possible. Families remain on the waitlist for a year at a time and must inform Grace annually that they would like to remain on the list for each upcoming school year.
